Our Circuna team members Samar and Baha, live in the unofficial camp Kasmieh in southern Lebanon. It looks like a cute village on a hillside, overlooking the ocean on the other side of the corn- and banana fields. But looking at things legally, the population here is squatting and living in a parallell society from the Lebanese, quite unprotected. One takes care of oneself, as good as possible, often with help from relatives abroad.
